Truworths at Rosehill Mall, Port Alfred, Eastern Cape, is seeking a versatile Sales Consultant to join their retail team. This permanent, on-site role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales, with the ability to work both on the sales floor and at the service desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized advice.
  • Merchandise the store according to MBP principles to maintain visual appeal.
  • Handle payments and purchases efficiently on the POS system.
  • Open and manage new customer accounts.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and control stock losses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience on the sales floor and cash desk.
  • Knowledge of products and fashion trends.
  • Strong selling skills and a passion for fashion.
