Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to security procedures at all times
- Conduct regular quality checks and rotate stock; remove damaged or expired items
- Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages
- Complete all relevant administration and documentation
- Monitor budget, including expenses, turnover, and gross profit, and take necessary action
- Plan daily and weekly production schedules
- Communicate effectively with employees and management
- Maintain equipment and operate according to established standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 minimum (Grade 12 advantageous)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Computer literacy is advantageous
