Meet the Mrs South Africa 2025 Grand Finale Judges. Mrs South Africa 2025 finale is upon us. This is a leading pageant for married women in SA. Out current reigning queen is the beautiful Erin Jane Miller, and it’s only a week before the crowning of her successor.
The following five individuals, have been given the honor to decide who will be this year’s Mrs South Africa. They are Matapa Maila, Jacqueline Ferns, Nivi Grogor, Dr Mpho Phalatse and Werner Wessels. Learn more about them from their profiles below;
Matapa Maila
Matapa Maila is the Mrs South Africa 2025 Principal Judge and Chairman of the organization’s Board of Directors. She was crowned Mrs South Africa in 2018, and comes with all the much needed relatable experience.
Jacqueline Ferns
Jacqueline Ferns once again returns as a Mrs South Africa judge. She is also a member of the organization’s Board of Directors. In 2020, Jacqueline was crowned Mrs. South Africa and made history as the only Mrs. SA to also receive the Mrs. Charity title.
Nivi Grogor
Nivi Grogor is another personality joining the panel of judges. A champion of advancement and empowerment, the businesswoman is renowned for her ability to push boundaries.
Dr Mpho Phalatse
Award-winning speaker, change- agent and businesswoman with a heart for community, Dr Mpho Phalatse is also on the judging panel. She has a background in politics, business, medicine and ministry, ad has made significant contributions to public health and community development.
Werner Wessels
Without a doubt, Werner Wessels is a force when it come to beauty pageantry. He is a beast when it comes to coaching, styling and talent development. His past work include shaping the success of numerous Miss South Africa titleholders, among them Melinda Bam, Rolene Strauss, Liesl Laurie, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene and Demi-Leigh Tebow, with both Rolene and Demi-Leigh going on to win Miss World 2014 and Miss Universe 2017 respectively.
As the Official Pageant Coach and later Creative Director for the Miss South Africa Organization, Werner played a vital role in Zozibini Tunzi’s Miss Universe 2019 triumph and Lalela Mswane’s Miss Supranational 2022 win.
