The Department of Employment and Labour is offering an internship opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in workplace health and wellbeing. The Employee Health and Wellness Programme (EHWP) aims to develop young professionals with practical skills in promoting employee wellness and safety across South Africa.
Stipend
R7 860.50 per month

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Health and Safety.
Core Duties
Interns will:
- Assist in implementing employee health and wellness programmes and services.
- Support workplace wellness campaigns and awareness initiatives.
- Help identify factors that affect staff wellbeing.
- Contribute to the creation of interventions that promote safe, healthy, and productive work environments.
