Beauty Assistant Opportunity at Clicks Kempton Square
Clicks Group is inviting applications for a Beauty Assistant at Clicks Kempton Square in Kempton Park. This is a permanent, market-related position with working hours ranging from 27 to 40 hours per week. Applications close on 11 November 2025.
About the Role
The Beauty Assistant will support the store’s beauty department, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The primary focus is to provide knowledgeable advice on skincare and beauty products, assist customers in making informed choices, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with customers and answering product-related queries
- Advising customers on suitable beauty and skincare products
- Promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling products to meet monthly sales targets
- Monitoring sales performance and providing suggestions for product improvements
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, trends, promotions, and events
- Managing stock efficiently, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Ensuring visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards are consistently met
- Acting as a brand ambassador to deliver professional and friendly customer service
- Promoting the Clicks Clubcard and enrolling new members to meet participation targets
- Increasing brand loyalty through promotion of private label and exclusive products
Requirements
- Essential: Grade 12 certificate
- Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
- Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
