RFO is seeking a Sales Associate for its Siyabuswa store in Mpumalanga, South Africa. This role offers 120 hours per month and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and keeping up with décor and fashion trends.

Job Purpose

You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales targets and ensuring the store is always ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the RFO brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to exceed expectations.
• Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Sell a variety of products while staying updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Seek opportunities for new sales and upselling.
• Assist in stock replenishment to maintain store readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
