Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist will manage administrative tasks and provide support to the Branch Manager and team. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining filing systems and document management
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and team
  • Handling general office enquiries and tasks
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Loading leave, overtime, and payroll documents on e-services
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements
