About the Internship
You will gain hands-on experience in key payroll functions. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records on PaySpace
- Distributing payroll documents and generating routine reports
- Supporting Payroll Officers with daily tasks and simple reconciliations
- Assisting employees with payroll queries
- Collecting and verifying payroll input before processing
- Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 3-year Diploma or Degree in HR, Payroll, or Administration
- Proficient in MS Office
- South African citizen, aged 18–35, residing in KwaZulu-Natal
- Strong communication, numerical, and organizational skills
- No prior internship or current employment experience
