Lerato Nxumalo Celebrates A Major YouTube Milestone. She is one of the most successful content creators of our time. This is probably because Lerato Nxumalo‘s content is relatable, and also inspires her followers to reach for more.
A year ago, the talented actress an award winning content creator showed off her YouTube 100K subscribers plaque. She achieved that with only 27 videos. This past September Lerato clocked another milestone, which is 200k subscribers. She couldn’t celebrate properly then, as she had a wedding to plan, as well as other engagements.
“I’ve been meaning to celebrate this milestone since the 28th of September but between wedding planning, campaign deadlines and trying to stay consistent online. I just never got around to it. Then I realized… if I don’t celebrate now ??? I might never do it. So here we are ❤️,” she said.
For the incredible milestone, Lerato thanked her loyal fans and supporters. She credits their love for the achievement. She also expressed gratitude to Google, YouTube Africa and Google for what they do for African creators.
“We’ve already grown past 200K in just two weeks 🥺 and I’m honestly so so grateful. Thank you to everyone who watches, supports and believes in my channel. Your love means everything to me 🥹❤️

Another thing that Lerato is grateful for is being cast on Netflix series Bad Influencer. The series takes viewers into a city that thrives on appearances, two women are pulled into a dangerous double life – one lived online, the other in the underworld. Lerato stars alongside the likes of Hamilton Dlamini, Zikhona Sodlaka, Aubrey Poo, Thapelo Mokoena, Jo-Anne Reyneke, Emmanuel Castis, Cindy Mahlangu, Brendon Daniels, Nat Ramabulana, Mandisa ‘ZuluMecca’ Nduna, Zozibini Tunzi among other stars.
“When God opens a door, no matter how small walk through it with faith 🙏🏽 This was such a full circle moment for me. Thank you to the team for an amazing experience 🥺,”Lerato said in gratitude.
