Internship Opportunity: Strategy and Organisational Performance at NNR Centurion

The National Nuclear Regulator (NNR) in Centurion, Gauteng, is offering an internship in Strategy and Organisational Performance. This position provides unemployed graduates with practical workplace experience and skills development within the oil and energy sector. The internship is part of NNR’s social responsibility initiative aimed at equipping young professionals with valuable industry exposure.

Role Overview
The intern will assist with the development and management of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, as well as the compilation and dissemination of performance reports. This role provides a platform to gain hands-on experience in organisational performance management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans following relevant frameworks and guidelines.
• Support the creation of Annual Operational Plans in line with organisational standards.
• Disseminate strategic and operational plans to relevant stakeholders according to compliance schedules.
• Compile organisational performance reports and ensure accurate dissemination to stakeholders.
• Manage performance information, including maintaining a Portfolio of Evidence for audit purposes.
• Verify Portfolio of Evidence to ensure accuracy of reported performance data.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Completed NQF Level 6 in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management.
• No prior work experience required; open to graduates seeking internships.
• Must not have previously participated in an internship or learnership programme.
• South African citizen.

Remuneration

• Annual stipend ranging from R60 000 to R150 000 per annum.
