Programme Overview
The Graduate Buyer Programme is designed to give new graduates hands-on experience in retail buying. Participants will manage product ranges, pricing, promotions, and supplier relations while learning from experienced Buyers and leaders. The programme combines practical work experience, mentorship, and career development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently qualified graduate with a BCom or BSc degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain, or Retail Management).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence to engage with suppliers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in retail.
