Role Overview
The Beauty Assistant will report to the Store Manager and manage the beauty department. The role suits someone passionate about beauty products, skilled in customer engagement, and driven to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on beauty and skincare products.
• Assist customers in choosing products that match their needs.
• Drive sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales.
• Stay informed about product ranges, trends, promotions, and events.
• Manage stock efficiently and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays meet brand expectations.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard program.
• Support company goals by promoting exclusive and private label products.
• Uphold Clicks’ brand values and service standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Essential: Grade 12 certificate.
• Desirable: Beauty or skincare qualification.
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing.

Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of sales principles.
• Experience in retail or FMCG promotions and merchandising.
• Knowledge of stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and results-driven.
• Knowledgeable about beauty and skincare products.
