Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to manage all administrative responsibilities for the campus, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for the team and management.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a clear criminal record
- Be in possession of a Matric certificate
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain filing systems and manage document organization
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and team
- Handle general office inquiries and tasks
- Answer phone calls and take accurate messages
- Process leave, overtime, and other payroll documents via e-services
- Issue purchase orders
