Key Responsibilities

• Reach daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets
• Grow the mobile customer base through direct interaction
• Understand customer needs and adapt communication to different personalities
• Represent Hollywoodbets professionally and positively
• Assist customers with account openings, queries, and FICA compliance
• Drive daily sales and activations of mobile products and services
• Lead on-the-ground marketing campaigns to attract new online accounts

Requirements and Skills

• Results-driven mindset with high energy and motivation
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher distribution
• Prior experience as a promoter, sales representative, or similar role is an advantage
• Valid manual driver’s license is preferred
