The Sector Specific Trainee programme is a 12-month structured training initiative aimed at developing a pipeline for key roles within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT). The programme places learners in areas that match their academic background, career goals, and business needs. Preference is given to candidates residing in the West Coast District.
Position Outputs
Trainees will be expected to:
- Follow a structured training programme
- Participate in performance reviews and assessments
- Complete all duties outlined in the development plan and any additional reasonable tasks assigned by Transnet Port Terminals
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12/Matric required
- TVET N6 in Logistics/Transport is advantageous
