Position Overview

• Position: Sales Associate (120 hours per month)

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Totalsports brand, drive sales performance, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers have a positive in-store experience.
• Understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions.
• Actively track sales performance and work toward achieving and exceeding targets.
• Sell a diverse product range, staying updated with the latest fashion and sports trends.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store remains well-presented.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
