Job Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and helping customers find the right products. Key responsibilities include:

• Exceeding customer expectations by offering tailored solutions.
• Monitoring sales performance against targets.
• Selling a wide range of products while staying updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Identifying opportunities for new sales.
• Assisting with stock replenishment to maintain store readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
