Job Overview
The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The role requires actively driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store remains fully stocked and organized. Candidates will be expected to exceed customer expectations, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service, anticipate customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Performance: Monitor and track sales performance against targets, proactively identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends to assist customers effectively.
• Stock Management: Replenish stock as required to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
