Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide technical advice where necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and respond to inquiries promptly

Merchandising and Stock Management
- Manage stock control, stocktaking, and general retail branch procedures
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with inventory audits

Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate
- Entry-level experience in retail or customer service is preferred

Working Hours and Benefits
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
