Gogo Maweni Celebrates Husband’s Birthday In A Cool Birthday Shout Out. One thing about Gogo Maweni, she loves her husband Sabelo Mgube. Yes, there has been issues here and there, but at the end of the day, love wins.
Maweni and Mgube always share their beautiful moment on social media. They recently welcomed twin boys, and every now and then, they share epic baby content. A year ago, the two tied the knot in a lavish traditional marriage ceremony. Maweni shared pictures of the event on Instagram, expressing gratitude to her family, in-laws, and friends. The flamboyant sangoma and reality TV star looked all regal in her Tswana/Sotho inspired traditional outfit. Her husband, also looked the part, representing the Zulu culture.
They also stand by each other even through difficult times. Early this year, Maweni spent some time in prison. This was for serious charges of alleged murder and assault, leveled against her by, Gogo Skhotheni. During a live session on TikTok, Skhotheni detailed these accusations, claiming that one incident involved the death of Maweni’s best friend’s husband. She alleged that Gogo Maweni had orchestrated the murder by luring her friend, King Precious’s husband, outside under the pretense of receiving a gift, where he was subsequently shot and killed. For her court appearances, Mgube was there right by her side.
Now Mgube is celebrating a year older, and Maweni is celebrating him. The two did a mii couple photo shoot, looking all sorts of cute.
