Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience
- Demonstrate products and provide detailed information to clients.
- Lead customers to closing sales at cosmetics counters.
- Achieve unit sales targets consistently.
- Provide timely feedback on sales and customer-related issues.
- Create awareness of products through demonstrations and sample distribution.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Build client loyalty and confidence through fragrance recommendations.
- Apply expert knowledge when demonstrating fragrances to clients.
Brand Ambassador Duties
- Represent the brand’s style and maintain brand standards.
- Build in-store brand awareness with customers.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Uphold brand image and values at all times.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain a positive working environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and live the company’s values.
- Adhere to company policies while displaying a strong work ethic.
Administration and Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports and updates as required.
- Provide visual displays and product pictures in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Matric certificate.
- Previous experience as a Promoter in retail is advantageous.
