Fidelity Services Group, a leading name in security and cash solutions, is seeking a Cash Centre Client Liaison Officer (CLO) to join its Cash Solutions Division in Edenvale, Gauteng. This permanent position was posted on 9 September 2025, with applications closing on 30 September 2025.
Job Purpose
The CLO will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all deposits are verified, balanced, and processed in line with contractual agreements. The role also focuses on client satisfaction, handling queries, investigating variances, and ensuring operational efficiency within the cash centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client queries professionally and within required timeframes.
- Complete and manage incident reports, ensuring accurate communication with clients.
- Monitor teller processes through video footage, provide feedback, and recommend corrective action.
- Investigate variances during deposit processing and provide feedback to clients.
- Keep detailed records of counterfeit notes and submit returns to head office.
- Provide supporting documentation for investigations and insurance claims.
- Maintain proper filing of reports, statistics, and investigation documentation.
- Ensure cameras and equipment are operational, reporting faults to management or suppliers.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assist management with operational requirements.
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
- Investigate and report all variances.
- Escalate irregularities and report differences over R200 to management.
- Maintain accurate incident and investigation reports.
- Provide continuous client feedback.
- Ensure security systems, including cameras, function optimally.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Certificate.
- Registered Grade C PSIRA Certificate.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with good attention to detail.
Knowledge and Experience
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cash processing or similar environment.
- Ability to work long hours or overtime when required.
- Strong teamwork and reliability.
