They feel that the future gets destroyed, and shame is brought into the family. This could have been the case with Ayanda Borotho, who got pregnant at 21 years.
Taking to social media the talented actress and author shared what she went through. She was ostracized, shamed and written off. Ayanda found comfort in God, who saw her through the trying time.
“Pregnant at 21, I was ostracized, shamed, written off. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t expect applause. God met me at my end. And said “here…start again. This child, will push you towards your light,” Ayanda said.
She credits God, for turning every loss into a win, and seeing her through those difficult times. Ayanda also reminded those going through challenges that, their situations are not permanent.
“Sebefungile, that some of us will never rise again, and You not only remembered us but gave us gifts that will be a daily reminder that it was YOU, who dug us out of the graves that they committed us to. We are here, standing. We are here walking with the gifts they thought would curse us. This is my daughter Ayaphiwa @ayaaa.ngu. God gave her to me to lead me to RE-ALIGN myself strength because the comeback was no longer just for me, but for her and others. It’s not over until God says it’s over.
