Job Description

Investment Service Consultant in Retail Client Services Roles:

• Engage in intellectual and comprehensive interactions with our clients via our various servicing channels while actively participating in the firm’s drive for service excellence.
• Your interactions will be all encompassing and may include (but not limited to) discussions on products, processes, transactions, tax and legislative implications, our investment philosophy, industry trends and performance of our unit trust funds.
• You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing superior client service, build lasting relationships with clients and independent financial advisers, and empower clients to make informed investment decisions. 

Operations Consultant in Retail Operations Roles:

• Our Retail Operations teams process transactions from clients and provide administrative support for the firm’s retail investment offering. 
• Ensuring that all incoming instructions are responded to and processed within a specific timeframe and regulatory framework.
• Interacting with clients and advisers to provide updates on transactions.
• Follow-up on any pending instructions, while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Requirements

• Be a final-year students, eligible and ready to start work in South Africa between December 2025 and February 2026.
• Candidates should currently be completing a bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Business Science, etc.)
• Have specializations including, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics and/or Statistics, Engineering and Business Management
• Have a strong academic track record spanning across matric and university
