Khutso Mokoena Reveals One of the Reasons He Is Competing In Mr South Africa. A month ago, Khutso Mokoena announced that, he was part of the Mr South Africa 2025 contestants. With his good looks, charm and brains, it goes without saying that he is one of the strong contenders.
Khutso became a public figure, when he joined the cast of Married At First Sight Mzansi season I. He was paired with Dee, and the two ended up staying married. After the show, they served couple goals, making their fans all happy. It seems as if they are no longer together, though, judging from both their social media content.
Khutso has not let that dampen his spirit though. He consistently shares engaging posts on his social media platforms. As much as he was laid back on the show, Khutso is now getting comfortable in public. With the attention he has been getting, the reality show star and data analyst has decided to give Mr SA, a shot. He recently had an interview on Alex FM, sharing one of the reasons he joined the pageant. Coming from humble beginnings, Khutso want others in the same situation to know that there is no shame in not having much. One can still make it in life, regardless of their background.
“Someone once said I sound like I grew up eating cheese, I guess I clean up well 😌. Truth is, the first time I even tasted cheese was in high school. I come from humble beginnings. That’s one of the reasons I’m on this MRSA journey, I know I’m not the only one who grew up like this , and I hope we are not shy to talk about it,” Khuts said.
