1. Mogau Clement Maredi was born on the 15th February 1984 in Tijane ,Ga-MPhahlele in Limpopo

2. He started his schooling in Tjiane Primary School in 1989, and finished in 2001 at Phutlo Secondary School. Maredi then went to Waterberg FET College, where he studied Motor Mechanic and Panel beating. He also did Catering Management at Loritz Traning College. He then studied Radio Broadcasting/Production at Damelin Correspondence College

3. Maredi noticed his acting skills in 1997, when he played in school dramas at Phutlo Secondary School. He continued this until 2007, when he got the attention of Thobela FM, who hired him.

4. In 2008, he started doing radio dramas. In the same year, he wrote a story titled, Ke Thuswa Ke Mang which played on Thobela FM. He is also well known for playing in the radio drama, Mahlakung on Thobela Fm, as Moruti Kgole.

5. Maredi then started having interest in radio broadcasting, and started radio presenting in 2009, at Greater Lebowakgomo Community Radio (GL FM).

6. In 2011 he was promoted as Marketing Manager, and in 2013 he became the station manager, until he left the radio station.

7. He moved to greener pastures in 2016, starting as an Education Programmes broadcaster at Thobela FM. Maredi became a producer and host of shows like Mofahlosi, Side-by-Side/Kamo-le-Kamo and Sedupe Se’Skolong.

8. He is also a producer and presenter of SABC Education dramas. Maredi has already produced and hosted “Brothers for Life” and “Side-by-Side”

9. Maredi is also an MC, hosting many events including weddings. He also does voice-overs.

10. Currently he plays KG, on SABC1 educational drama Skeem Saam. KG is a producer at Turf Community radio station, and is doing amazing in the Mapitsi and DJ Thomas storyline.
