1 The 26-year-old is from Durban in KZN, but currently based in Johannesburg. He grew up between KZN’s Inanda, where his dad lived, and Claremont at his mom’s place.
2. Since he was a kid from an underprivileged background who couldn’t even afford to go on school trips, Wonder developed a low self-esteem. This is where performance came in and helped him gain his confidence.
3. His journey into the performing arts began while studying Art and Culture in primary school, where he fell in love with the craft. This passion led him to enroll at the KwaMashu Community Advancement Project (KCAP). The upcoming star also studied at The Market Theatre Laboratory.
4. In 2019, Wonder played a lead role in The Pool, followed by a lead role in the 2021 theatre show Peter Pan. He also showed his skills on the online theatre show The Art of Facing Fear (2020) and the theatre show The Empire Builders (2020). Both of these roles were of supporting actor.
