Uyanda Hlangabezo Mourns A Close Family Member. Death is one of the saddest things one can never get used to. Just a few weeks back Sweet Guluva announced the untimely passing of his cousin sister, Lwazi Zwane. Now another Big Brother Mzansi finalist from season 5 is in mourning.

Uyanda Hlangabezo, the 1st runner up in Big Brother Mzansi Season 5 has just lost his grandmother. During his first day in Biggie’s house, it was evident that Uyanda is family oriented. He spoke about his paternal grandmother, and how he felt bad that he didn’t tell her he was a Big Brother Mzansi contestant. Whilst in the house, there were moments he spoke to other housemates about her.

For someone this big when it comes to family, one can only imagine how he is feeling after using one of hos grandmothers. The granny he lost, is not the one many people know, but is the one from his mother’s side of the family. Though, a lot of people don’t know much about this one, she was equally as important to Uyanda. The reality show star and teacher has asked for privacy as he deals with the loss. We send our sincere condolences to Uyanda and his family during their time of grief.
