Scandal!’s Makoma Mohale Gushes Over Her SA Style Awards Recognition. Makoma Mohale is among the local personalities, who got honored at the 2025 South African Style Awards. These awards celebrate individuals who have in their respective career fields disrupted the creative process of business.
Makoma is well known for her role as Tlhogi on Scandal! The talented actress and model, also stars as the Rain Queen in the hit drama series, Queen Modjadji. Komi played Maselekwani (Queen Modjadji), the young queen-in-waiting who brought about a golden age of peace and prosperity to the land. She kills both lead roles, and now she is getting recognized by the industry.
The SA Style Awards honored Komi with the Next Big Thing Award. No mistakes were made here, as the lady is making waves in the industry. Expressing humility, she sees the award as a huge honor.
