Howza Mosese Returns to the Small Screen With An Interesting Role. It has been a minute since he did his thing on TV. The hiatus is over now, and Tshepo Howza Mosese is back with a new role. The talented actor, rapper and TV personality has joined the formidable cast of Skeem Saam.
The SABC1 hit educational drama, is definitely fighting, considering the talent it has been roping in. Many are aware that one of Skeem Saam’s beloved characters Rachel Kunutu is back. After abruptly leaving Turfloop, Rachel is making his return to shake things up. The character is played by award winning actress Lesego Marakalala, who is happy to be back. Her onscreen husband, Marothi Maphuthuma is also coming back to reprise his role.
Howza has entered the chat as Ghost, a character close to Rachel. He is said to be a mysterious character linked to Rachel’s shady dealings. By the look of things, the trio of Rachel, Ghost and Marothi is going to bring more drama on Skeem Saam.
Howza will make his debut on June 14 2025.
Howza has been on a number of hit shows, playing major roles. One of his most significant roles is playing Chase on e.tv’s Backstage. Howza also appeared in Generations as Adam. One of his biggest roles yet is that of Lerumo Chabedi in the hit soapie, Scandal!. He has also been on Muvhango, 7de Laan, Big Up, All You Need is Love, among other shows.
In 2002, he joined the hip hop group Gunpowder, which was, at the time, under the same label as Kabelo Mabalane. In 2007 Kabelo, offered Howza a record deal as a solo artist under faith records.
