Job Description

• The Private Banking Academy Program is designed for top graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Advisors. 
• This exclusive, contract-based program offers hands-on training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, providing you with the skills and knowledge required to serve high-net-worth individuals. 
• Upon completion, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, with the top achievers being offered a permanent position within the bank, paving the way for a successful career in private banking.

Requirements:

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting or Economics
• Qualification completed at the following list of institutions:
  • University of Pretoria
  • University of the Witwatersrand
  • University of Johannesburg
  • University of Western Cape
  • Stellenbosch University
  • University of Kwa-Zulu Natal
  • University of Free State
  • North-West University

Our graduate programme will be run from our 3 main hubs – Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal and Cape Town and will require candidates to be based in these regions.
