Role Context

Administer and support Communications department in executing and monitoring communications strategies in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks for the Communications Team – research, updating of website content, vendor documentation (invoices, CEs)Compile and maintain a regional tier1 media list and features list
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of images and videos
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of campaign toolkits – global and regional
  • Compile and maintain library of all Communications templates
  • Monitor media and create media coverage reports for regional and global teams
  • Work with the communications coordinator to plan internal events and initiatives
  • Work with the communications coordinator to rollout internal communications initiatives that there is consistency in corporate design across all internal and external communications projects
  • Deliver assigned activities as per defined timelines, budgets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Less than 1 year experience
