Around September 2024, Khanyi went under the knife again. This time around, the media personality, actress and reality show star got a Fox Eye, Lip Lift, and Upper Blepharoplasty procedures. Many applauded her for her bravery, because the whole thing looked intense. Since her procedure, Khanyi has been gracious enough to share with her fans and followers about her hectic recovery journey. Not so many people are happy about her face, stating that she took it too far with her facelift. Her face appeared extremely tight, giving her Asian features, such as small eyes.
When judging the pictures, some social media users said, no filters were used, hence why she looks the way she does. Others even went as far as pulling oy Khanyi’s pictures from way back, before the cosmetic surgeries. They compare the old Khanyi to the new one. Her fans on the other hand, argue that, this is just sabotage from the media that wants to push a certain narrative.
