Steinmüller Africa invites South African engineering graduates to apply for the Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Programme 2025.
Job Description
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) opportunities for graduates: Mechanical, Structural, Civil and Chemical Engineering
- We will offer a structured EIT programme for the above-selected students.
- Employee benefits include: Pension, medical aid, annual bonus, anniversary bonus and long service bonus.
Academic Requirements:
- To be considered for our EIT programme next year, the student should be able to provide proof of successful completion of:
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. Structural Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. Civil Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. Chemical Engineering
- All academic results will be considered for shortlisting purposes.
Other Requirements:
- During the programme EITs will be required to visit various sites, mainly in Mpumalanga and Gauteng Provinces, and a valid driver’s license would therefore be advantageous.
Only if you meet the above requirements submit certified copies of the following documents with your application:

- Senior Certificate/N3 Certificate
- Academic record
- Driver’s license (if in possession)
