The Way Ngingakhona Returns for Season 5. Fans of the reality show will be happy to know that it’s returning to the small screen. Staring from the 19th of April, The Way Ngingakhona will be airing every Saturday on Moja Love TV channel.
The first season of The Way Ngingakhona premiered back in March 2020. The season starred gay man Inno Matijane, transgender Tholang Motsumi and a bisexual man MJ Maponya. For two seasons, the three friends took viewers through their life journey, colorful love lives and revealing moments of pride and struggles faced by the LGBTQI+ community. For their 2nd season, The Way Ngingakhona, introduced another transgender Elle, who came through with more drama.
Season III, they all returned except for MJ. The reality show star and fitness trainer allegedly left the show because he was unhappy with Moja Love, and felt exploited. A new cast member Ayanda Nino Maphosa, was then added to the crew. Ayanda came as a transgender consultant, sex educator, a photographer, filmmaker and a professional boxer among other things.
2023 saw the reality show return with only Inno is returning as the original cast member. Additional members were Dominique a gay man, Jasmine a transgender attracted to both genders, Kaddafi a pan sexual guy, Thami a gay guy, as well as Inno, who identified as female.
Season 5 is here, and guess what! Tholang, and Elle are back. Inno and Thami, from the previous season are also part of the cast. The clip that Inno shared, proves that there is drama galore this season.
