The former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe titles holder got married this past Saturday. A day after her big day, Zozi took to her Instagram to share content from her big day. She looked all sorts of gorgeous in her dress designed by, Phan Huy. How cool is it that she sang a song she wrote two years ago to her husband! Among Zozi’s guests list were Connie Ferguson, Anele Mdoda, Romeo and Basetsana Kumalo, and Nomzamo Mbatha.

Zozi’s big day came almost a week after another former Miss South Africa Natasha Joubert tied the knot. Since she got engaged to Enrico Vermaak a year ago, Natasha has been keeping fans and followers updated on her wedding activities. When her wedding came, it was indeed a celebration fit for a queen, everything was perfect to the tee. Natasha showed us why she is a fashion entrepreneur changing into three exquisite gowns on her wedding day. All the dresses were designed by Jolandie Fouche, a leader in luxury bridal couture.
The two have joined the growing list of former Miss SA queens and their princesses who are happily married. They include Tamaryn Green, Liesl Mthombeni, and runner up Thato Mosehle who got married in recent years.
We also have Basetsana Kumalo, who married Romeo in a lavish wedding back in 2000. Miss South Africa 2010, Bokang Montjane married former Bafana Bafana player Simphiwe Tshabalala in 2016. Miss World 2014 Rolene Strauss has been happily married to D’Niel Strauss since 2016. Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow, married American footballer Tim Tebow in 2020.
