Lerato Kganyago Unveils Major Ambassadorship Gig. Congratulations are in order for Lerato Kganyago, who has just bagged herself yet another ambassadorship gig. This time the award winning media personality, DJ and entrepreneur has joined the Mercedes Benz SA family, and we are here for it.

After sharing her good news, Lerato was congratulated by her fans, followers and peers in the industry. Among those include DJ Zinhle, Simphiwe Ngema, Amanda duPont, Melani Bala and Dr Musa Mthombeni.
Lerato or LKG as she is popularly known, is one of the most consistent entertainers we have locally. She started her career in modeling, and was crowned Miss Jam Alley in 2002. . Being crowned Miss Jam Alley was such a huge thing back then, and many young women wished for the crown. This was not the end of Lerato in the beauty pageantry. In 2005, she won the Miss Soweto Pageant as well.
After her exposure Lerato then penetrated the industry as a TV host. She joined to Soweto TV presenting her own talk show called The LKG Show. During this period, she was also selected as the face of SABC1 lifestyle entertainment show, The Link. Lerato has also hosted many television programs such as; LIVE AMP. In 2015, she was named as a host of the SAMAs pre-show. In July 2015, she made entrance on Ebony Life TV, where she was named as the South African host along with Pearl Thusi for the program “Moments”.
She is also an actress of note. Lerato started her acting career on The Phat Joe Show, where she performed comedic skits. After that, she made appearances on the SABC2 drama series Muvhango (2015) as well as Play: Sex Tips for Girls, and The Wild. She later joined and hosted radio programs at Jozi FM. Lerato is currently a host on METRO FM, and has been with the radio station for a while now.
She is also a DJ, a renowned events host, and a successful entrepreneur. No wonder she attracts such big brands like Mercedes Benz as their ambassador.
