Babes Wodumo Spends Valentines Day at the Graveyard. On Valentines Day, many people were with their loved ones exchanging gifts, words of affirmation, showing each other some love as well as spending quality time together.

Not everyone got to experience that due to various reasons. One such is Babes Wodumo, who sadly lost her spouse and the father of her child Mampintsha. The musician passed away on the 24th of December after he suffered a minor stroke a week prior to that. He was one of the two remaining members of popular Gqom group, Big Nuz.

Every now and then, the couple made headlines on both mainstream and social media platforms, because of the drama that always followed them. Although the two broke up several times, they ended up getting married, and welcoming a son, Sponge. At the end of the day, they always found each other.

During the mourning period, Babes was forever dragged for how she handled the whole situation of being a fresh widow. The talented musician and reality show star was even one of the speakers at her husband’s funeral, where she shared a couple of jokes. A day after the funeral, Babes performed at the a New Year’s eve event, a move that did not sit well with some fans.

No matter how she gets judged, no one can deny the fact that she loved her husband. Babes spent the first Valentines Day since Mampintsha’s passing at his grave. She touched a lot of people with her emotional post.

“Wow after sooo many years this is the first Valentines Day without you sthandwa Sam… Today woman out there are celebrating with loved ones, but however me being here today makes it different from others…I forever cherish days we shared together,” she said.
