The celebrated media personality, actress and entrepreneur graces Forbes Africa publication’s 30/50 digital cover. On the issue, Minnie gets to share her journey of reinvention and resilience. She also encouraged others, more so women in the entertainment industry to aim high.
“What I want women in entertainment to know is that I don’t want them to be limited by just being on screen. There’s so much more in this industry. But more than that though, I want people to look at my journey and realize that I didn’t do things conventionally. I didn’t do things the same way everyone did,” Minnie said.

This is the 3rd edition of the ‘Over 30 Under 50’ list. The list shines a spotlight on entertainers, business leaders, and tech entrepreneurs excelling in their 30s and 40s.
Other stars featured in the 2025 issue include, Ugandan Actor, singer, composer and playwright, Sheila Atim. She is well known for her lead role on The Woman King. There is also Grammy-nominated Nigerian singer Yemi Alade. She talks to the publication about dreams having no expiration date and success knowing no bounds.
