“New Character Loading,” Nonhle Thema. It will be wrong to not include her name is one of the most prominent celebrities of our time. Nonhle Thema made a name for herself as a TV presenter, actress, and producer. She is well-known for presenting the music shows O-Access and O-Boma, both on Channel O.
Nonhle began co-hosting the daily live entertainment news show V Entertainment on DStv’s Vuzu channel in 2009. Tow years later, she appeared in her own reality show, Nonhle Goes to Hollywood (which she also executive produced), which aired on Vuzu. In 2013 she featured in the docu-reality television series Reality Check, on e.tv.
In December 2013, Nonhle made her debut on soapie Zabalaza on Mzansi Magic and Mzansi Wethu. She took over the role of Kgomotso, previously played Nolwazi Shange.
Even though her career flourished at such a fast rate becoming famous, this was one of the factors that later on, cause her downfall. Nonhle was uttermost obsessed with fame that she did not care about the comments she made about fellow celebrities. She got carried away by fame and her position in the entertainment industry. There is also a time, when Nonhle alleged to have threatened to buy YFM and its staff.
No matter how a person messes up, each one of us deserved a second chance, and so does Nonhle. After hiatus from the limelight and fame, she return back to the screen. Nonhle bagged a small role on Mzansi Magic telenovela, Gomora.
She is back again, with another project. Nonhle has shared on Instagram that she is cooking something, and we can’t wait.
