“Mom I Love You and I Miss You So Much! My Angel” Lasizwe Dambuza. Losing both parents can’t be easy for anyone. Lasizwe, knows this very well as he lost his mother in 2016 at the tender age of 18. This was after she was diagnosed with a heart problem. Sadly Lasizwe also lost his dad four years later in 2020.
Lindiwe Dambuza, was a 40-year-old nurse at Lesedi Private Hospital, when she died. “Today is such a weird day for me. On this day five years ago I witnessed my mother take her last breath. Crazy how time flies and how one learns to cope with knowing that mama ain’t no more,” he once shared on social media.
Laizwe had an on and off relationship with her father, something that really affected him. A few months prior to Mcunu‘s passing, Lasizwe opened about about how having an absent father affected him. The YouTube content creator and TV personality revealed he had to seek professional help in order to deal with the ongoing pain. At the end of the day though, he had nothing but love for his father who passed away after a long stay in hospital.
Lasizwe has always shared how the death of his parents has impacted his life. Taking to his Insta stories, he shared a picture of his mother’s resting place, during his visit to the grave. In the caption Lasizwe expressed how he feels.
“Today was needed….tears rolled down on my face, but my heart sorta felt OK. Mom I love you and miss you so much. My angel,” Lasizwe said.
