Lamiez Holworthy Shares Her Son’s Traumatizing Flight Experience. Lamiez Holworthy and Khuli Chana are well known for their epic vacations. They have been to so many cool destinations both here at home and abroad.
Over the festive season, the couple decided to include their family, including their son Leano in their vacation plans. The family took on Dubai, and checked out some of the coolest places in the city. It was cool seeing the group have fun, and bond as a family.
On their way back home though, the journey was not a pleasant one. Leano did not enjoy his flight one bit, as much as he did with the first one. His mom Lamiez explained that his ears got irritated and blocked, making him to cry uncontrollably. She did however, try to rub his ears, as a way to soothe him. The toddler eventually fell asleep.

As a mother I felt so helpless when my son kept crying “help me” whilst rubbing his ears. You could see how much pain he was in.
We eventually managed to calm him down and make him fall asleep but my heart? I cried like a baby myself.
He flew in his own seat going and genuinely enjoyed and had no issues(slept for the most part) but the second? LONG!
Travelling with kids let alone a toddler is hard work. Overall? We made it. We loved it and we’re grateful.
