Dangote Cement SA Graduate Development Program (Mechanical Engineer). Dangote Cement South Africa (Pty) Ltd is launching the 2025 Graduate Development Program. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts. They are searching for talented individuals who have the drive and passion to deliver desired results to join their team at the Aganang operation in North West Province (Lichtenburg).
Purpose:
This is a three-year fix term contract program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment.

Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc or BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering
- South African citizens, preferably residing in the North West Province
- Not more than 18 months of relevant work experience
- Eager to gain exposure in the cement industry
- Wiling to relocate
