Hungani Ndlovu and Dimakatso Calisa Receive Their Tropika Island of Treasure Grand Prizes. What a hectic 12 weeks it has been. 7 teams embarked to Zanzibar for the Tropika Island of Treasure season 11 competition. At the end of it all, Hungani Ndlovu and Dimakatso Calisa, were crowned the ultimate winners.
The two, who made Team Orange, started off as the underdogs, falling short in a number of tasks. Dima and Hungani improved as the series progressed, outsmarting and outplaying their competitors, all while maintaining a keen focus on their end goal. This saw them survive evictions, up until, they made it to the finale. They faced Ndavi Nokeri and Tristen Naidoo, of Team Zanzibar Sunrise at the nail biting finals. At the last task of completing the puzzle, it could have gone either way, as both teams were almost neck and neck.
Team Orange, did all they could, and ended up winning the coveted prize of a shared R1 million. The pair also each walked away with a brand-new Suzuki Jimny 5-door. This will definitely help them achieve their personal dreams, which includes paying off bonds, and investing.
