About the Graduate Programme:
Fidelity Services Group is offering a unique 18-month development programme to a select group of graduates. The programme will provide graduates with valuable exposure to the workings of a large corporate organization, helping to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed for work readiness. The programme is designed to develop personal characteristics, leadership abilities, and innovation to help graduates implement strategies with passion and urgency.
The programme is based in Johannesburg, and candidates must be either based in Gauteng or willing to relocate at their own cost.
Programme Objectives:
- Provide an accelerated development programme for graduates.
- Create a developmental pipeline for key roles within the business.
Exposure and Learning Outcomes:
- Manage resources effectively and contribute to organizational strategy and policies.
- Understand and improve business processes, customer service, and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
- Learn to manage teams, lead projects, and improve productivity.
- Understand relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Gain practical exposure to various business functions like guarding services, cash processing, armed response, sales, and business development.
- Contribute to customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Programme Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any qualification related to the Fidelity Services Group business).
- Postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Must be based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Clear criminal record.
- Fully computer literate (MS Office suite).
- Willingness to job rotate and be away from the appointed workplace.
