Social Media Reacts to Legendary Actor Ronnie Nyakale’s Hustle As A Bolt Driver. He remains one of the best actors to ever grace our small screens. Ronnie Nyakale has been cast on numerous shows, for very iconic roles. He slayed all his roles, more so the villainous ones.

Many got to know Nyakale for the portrayal of ‘Papa Action’ on Yizo Yizo. He played the role so well, such that many could not separate him from Papa Action. A lot of people though he was brutal in real life. The latest character that Ronnie played is Cosmo Diale in Generations: The Legacy. Cosmo lived a life of a typical township guy, always doing what he could to make ends meet. No matter how straight and in the narrow he tried to be, crime always followed him. The award winning actor joined the hit SABC1 soapie in 2014, and continued with it up until 28 August 2024.

Since Generations: The Legacy, Nyakale has never had any acting gig that we know of. Life though, has to go on, and the man has to make a living. Trending on social media is a picture of him, on the Bolt App, clearly showing that he is a driver. There is also a video, shared by TikTok user @iconickarabo of him driving in the popular ride-hailing service.

This has sparked speculation about the actor’s financial situation. Many are calling out the acting industry for not paying creatives enough. Some however are proud of Nyakale, that he is making an honest living. He is doing much better than most of his peers who rather ask for donations on social media when the situation becomes hopeless.
