Mpoomy Ledwaba Humbled Over the Success of Her Cape Town Book Launch. From the moment she announced that her book was in the works, it was evident that she had support. Now Mpoomy Ledwaba’s book is here, and it’s selling like fat cakes.
The multi talented YouTuber and podcaster’s book titled, ‘How Did We Get Here’ is finally here and now she is busy with launches. She recently had a book launch at V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Before the event, Mpoomy encouraged people to come, despite it being sold out. She stated that she will sign each and everyone of the copies, even if it means leaving the mall at night. People came out in numbers, with everyone excited to meet the author. There was a long queue at Exclusive Books, as the masses couldn’t wait to get their hands on the book.
Facilitating the book launch was none other than Zuraida Jardine. Speaking about the book Zuraida said, “Mpoomy’s book poignantly touches on her life journey and the importance of normalizing, shame, hurt and pain and how when we share, shame loses its power. I’m in awe of her.”
Appreciating the amazing event, Mpoomy said, “Cape Town Book Launch 😭😭😭😭 oh man🥹🥹🤍🤍met the most incredible people!!! And to have my aunt Gail there meant the world to me.
