Mona Monyane Remembers Her Late Daughter On What Would Have Been Her 7th Birthday. Grief is something that no one can really get over, more so when it involves the loss of a child. Mona Monyane knows the pain very well, as she has lost her daughter Amani-Amaza Wamazulu Skenjana, just days after she was born.
Amani-Amanza was born on the 16th of November 2017, but sadly passed away a few days later. It has been seven years now since her passing, but Mona still battles with grief. The talented actress always use milestones such as Amani-Amanza’s birthdays to remember her. This time around she posted pictures of her pregnancy reveal, and gave them a beautiful caption. Mona shared that she still misses her late daughter, and has vowed to always keep her memory alive.
“Amani-Amaza, look what Mommy found! These were the first pics I posted in 2017 to announce that you were on the way 🥰
Today you would be 7 and I can’t believe how quickly time has gone. I miss you everyday my baby and I know you see all the efforts I’ve made since losing you, to LIVE and THRIVE in your honour,
Thank you for being my angel that reminds me to own my power and fight for the light! You would be so proud of your Mommy ❤️
Not everyday is easy but I keep fighting🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 thank you my baby for waking me up to myself, thank you for showing me that I am capable of greater feats than I imagined.
You will never be forgotten my sweet, I will miss you till the day we meet again🙏🏾❤️
