Do You Have?

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service (retail or hospitality) OR call center experience

Duties

• Respond to customer and client enquiries in a professional manner, adhering to our customer service standards.
• Resolve queries withing set productivity and handling time targets, ensuring timely communication with customers
• collaborate with internal teams. This includes Operations, Contractor Teams and international partners, to gather information and make decisions that exceed customer expectations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by reviewing enquiry information and making decisions that provide the best outcomes for clients and customers.
• Communicate enquiry outcomes effectively and consistently in line with provided templates and guidelines.
