The Inaugural CONNIE Connect Launches Today. Connie Ferguson has definitely taken this year to grow as a businesswoman. Her cosmetics brand, Connie Brands, is now up there with some of the bet in the country.
The award winning actress and entrepreneur first made her debut in the healthcare industry with body lotions. She then unfortunately had a fall out with Nivea in 2019. The high court interdicted the brand from competing unlawfully with Nivea by passing off Connie’s men shower gel products as being those of Nivea.
The good news is that she is now back again in the beauty industry with Connie Brands. In July this year, the brand revealed its newest offerings, which have been under development for the past nine years. This marked Connie’s formal return to the self-care product industry. The new products include supplements, hair and face care products.
Knowing the power of the internet to move products, she is launching the inaugural CONNIE Connect at 4pm today (Friday 13th). Fans have been urged to tune into the Connie Brands_ZA YouTube page as she talk all things hair with Microbiologist and CEO of Remancos, Candice Kalil.
